Service Description

Using props; bolsters, chairs, belts and blocks, this class balances a mix of relaxation and deep stretching with building strength and flexibility. With my Pilates background I focus more on the alignment and physical aspects of yoga than the spiritual, although classes do incorporate breath work and time for quiet relaxation and contemplation.
